No bake Chocolate protein cookies

These are my go-to treats on a Friday night to curb my chocaholic am sweet tooth!  Better yet, you can enjoy these clean eats guilt free!




No bake protein cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate shakeology
1 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup natural honey
1 cup rolled oats

In large bowl mix 1 cup chocolate (vegan) Shakeology with 1 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter, 1/2 cup of natural honey and 1 cup rolled oats.  Mix well, roll into balls and flatten to cookie shape.  Refrigerate or freeze for desired hardness.
