Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Protein Balls

1/2 cup natural peanut or almond butter
1/2 cup pumpkin purée or canned pumpkin 
1/4 cup sugar free honey substitute or sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice 
3/4 cup vanilla protein or shakeology
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients, roll into balls and let freeze overnight to stay firm.
