I like to think of myself as a motivator + mentor to other women who want to become the best version of themselves - physically, emotionally and financially. And I'm passionate about empowering women to find their inner passion and take control of their own happiness and future. When I'm not coaching you can find me traveling the world with my husband for his pro athletic career and taking care of my 2 little girls, Nora Belle and Sofia.
