Apple Peanut Butter Chips

This is by far my favorite new clean snack!  You can even make them for dessert, breakfast or anything in between.  I'm always up for a little dose of chocolate in my day.

My daughter and hubby loved them too!!

All you need is...

1 apple
Natural peanut butter
Rolled oats or shredded coconut
Chopped almonds or pecans
Dark chocolate chips

Alice up your apple and spread the peanut butter on the apples and top with the remaining ingredients.
