10 Healthy Game Day Snacks

Superbowl Sunday is the HARDEST day to stay on track with all the greasy (although delicious) dishes we get served.  As an American living abroad I have to say its one American tradition (like most of our traditions that is a HUGE reason our country has an obesity epidemic).  I want to educate people that there IS a better way of living and eating and that food doesn't have to be poison - it can be delicious as well as healthy for you.

And not to mention that I'm personally on a mission to stay on track as best as possible with my health and fitness plan this month and not sabotage all my hard work in 1 day... I went on a search to find some clean, healthy alternatives.

Here's 10 healthy game day snacks you're sure to enjoy!!!
